My name is Lia!

Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Cattle Dog Mix Puppy for adoption in Santa Fe, New Mexico - Lia

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Lia's Info...

I am housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Lia's Story...
Lia is a cheerful little pueblo pup. She and her brother were about 5 weeks old when they were found, in good condition, making a living on their own. Little brother has been adopted and Lia says, MeToo!

She is loving and affectionate with all humans and dogs. Her young adult aunties play rough, then cuddle her.
She is fearless but prudent, very keen regarding her place in the hierarchy.

She's delightfully bright and capable ~ will make you proud if you take her to training classes.

She has lots of growing to do, but likely (maybe) to be a medium, rather than large dog.
Lia is vaccinated, house trained, rides quietly in her crate in the car.

Her adoption fee is $150.00 and when you have her spayed, around Oct. 1st, we will give $75 back to you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lia, a Santa Fe Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Cattle Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Cattle Dog for sale in Santa Fe, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Cattle Dog puppy from a breeder in Santa Fe.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Santa Fe already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Santa Fe breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Cattle Dog breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Santa Fe paves the way for another one to be saved.
