Pepe's Story...
Pepe is a sweet 5 year old black and tan Min Pin, with naturally standing ears and a natural tail, who weighs about 10 lbs. He came into our rescue program because his owner passed away and no one in the family wanted to care for him. Pepe is a lover and really likes cuddling with his people! He gets along well with other dogs, but has not been tested around cats. Pepe is housetrained, and it should be easy to acclimate him to a kennel or crate, if that is what his new family prefers. Pepe is doing his best to roll with the punches since being displaced from his home, but he really deserves to find his new forever as soon as possible!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pepe, a Denver Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Denver, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
