Indy is looking for a very special adoptive home in the Midwest or Northeast. He did not come from a loving home, but is looking for the right people to provide him with lots of patience, love and guidance as he learns to be a part of your family. He tends to be timid towards men in the beginning. Indy needs time to adjust to a lot of people and activity in the home. Ideally, he would love to live with a retired couple. He enjoys car rides and loves to be with his people. He loves to play with the other dogs in his foster home and would make a great brother for your current dog. Indy is a happy boy that likes to have fun.
Indy is a yellow lab mix about 3 yrs old weighing 50 lbs. This young male is your typical lab. He loves to be by your side and especially likes to cuddle. He is crate and potty trained, and is working on his obedience training. He has been learning to play fetch and enjoys tug of war with other dogs.
Indy is a medium energy dog and needs someone to love him unconditionally to give him reassurance. He can be interested in the cats in his foster home, but is easily re-directed. He is up to date on all vaccinations including rabies, heartworm negative and neutered. Indy is available for adoption in the Midwest and Northeast.
