Festus's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Festus's Story...
Festus is an adorable and sweet Hound dog. He loves to sniff, and that is what led him to MAS. His D.O.B. is 1/01/14. He has lots of energy and would love a large yard to play with his new family, and sniff all the squirrels and chipmunks. He really likes water. He doesn't have the biggest toy drive, just wants to be with you. He came in with Cletus, but does not have to be adopted as a pair. He can also be a cuddler and just the right dog to tell your secrets to.

Meet-Your-Match color is: Orange Wallflower!!
For safety's sake, we are looking for homes with physical fenced in areas.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Festus, a Lake Odessa Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Lake Odessa, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Lake Odessa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lake Odessa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lake Odessa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lake Odessa paves the way for another one to be saved.
