Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Name: Romeo
Sex: Male
Breed: Chi Mix
Age: 8 yrs old
Weight: 9 lbs
Good with: People, dogs and kids (cat untested)
Romeo was a local surrender by an owner that had no time for him...often alone for around 12 hours a day. He is a super friendly and loving dog and is used to living with other dogs. His energy level is pretty mellow and he is good at settling down once play time is over.
Romeo is a total love...a little guy who thinks he is "all that". He loves the outdoors, walks in the woods, playing fetch in the yard with his red ball, hiking, boating, and jogging with his foster mom. He is sweet and affectionate, lays in his foster mom's lap every evening on the couch, sleeps in the bed with his foster parents all night (with 2 other dogs as well) and never has accidents in the house.
He would do well in a home with another dog that he liked, or a stay-at-home mom, because he is 8 years old and lived with another dog before. He would not do well alone for whole days at a time, as he is quite social really and likes his people. He may be 8 years old, but he's no couch potato. He would make a loving companion for someone with the time and love to spoil him with.
