Bazooka's Story...
Have you ever met a more darling girl? Bazooka and her sister, Razzle, are ready for their forever homes! This eight month old pair is mostly Australian Cattle Dog (Red Heeler), but they may have some other breeds mixed in. Regardless, they are incredibly sweet and give kisses out like candy!

These sisters were found as strays, so we don't know much about their history. They were very unsure upon arriving at the shelter, but they've warmed up so much since! Bazooka is quite the well-mannered lady. She adores playing with toys, and with Razzle too! Bazooka's leash skills are also improving daily. We think she'll make the perfect companion with a bit of patience and time.

Bazooka and her sister have received their first round of puppy vaccinations and been spayed. They are also heartworm negative, plus on prevention. All that's missing is a family to love them forever!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bazooka, a Germantown Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Germantown, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Germantown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Germantown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Germantown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Germantown paves the way for another one to be saved.
