My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Timmy was recently returned to Adopt-A-Pet because his new family developed allergies that they didn't know they had. They were very sad to return Timmy and his buddy because they loved these two so much :( Timmy would love to find his new family so he can show them what a fun guy he is!

Timmy is such a sweetie! He came to us as a single kitten and was instantly excited when he met his foster buddies! Timmy is a typical kitten who is always ready to make a toy out of anything. As soon as you pick him up, he purrs. Such a great kitten! Minimal transition time is needed with this guy. Timmy would LOVE to be adopted with one of his foster buddies since they already know each other so well.

Behaviorally and socially, it is best to adopt kittens in pairs, or into a home with a playful cat. Timmy must have a playmate in his forever home…and then they can get to play, and snuggle while you're not home. His former foster mom said he would be too lonely without a buddy. Check out our Pick A Pair page to see if his foster buddies are still available.

If you are only interested in adopting a single kitten, and you’re home most of the day, and able to spend interactive time with a kitten, we will consider adopting out a kitten older than 4 months of age. Each foster home knows the kitten’s personalities best, and we follow their recommendations for single placements. At this time, we feel Timmy needs to have a playmate.

You can meet Timmy at Wilmette Pet, 625 Green Bay Road, anytime during store hours 7 days a week. (847-251-6750 www.wilmettepetcenter.com). Although you may want to adopt him on the spot, please know that you will have to go through the application process first.

Timmy’s estimated date of birth is 5/19/15. His adoption fee of $135 includes his vet exam, FVRCP vaccinations, FIV & Feline Leukemia testing (neg), routine deworming, flea control, microchip and neuter.
