Luci was given to her owners as a gift when they lost a family member. Her owners were dealing with a great loss and a little puppy would surely lift spirits. The truth is that puppies are a lot of work and need a lot of time and training. It turned out that Luci is deaf which threw in another twist. They have trained her to hand signals and she is housebroken. But she is a puppy and needs a whole lot more attention than they have to give at this time. Luci deserves a home where she can be more engages and active with her new family. She is great with dogs, kids and even cats. There is a Chihuahua in her home and they get along great. She is trained on an e-collar that give her a little buzz to get her attention. Luci would be great with another dog to be her ears or on her own with a family as love is all anyone really needs.
