Meet adorable Ebony!

Ebony is an adorable, sweet, loving and very friendly girl! She is very fun and filled with love and life. She has such a big heart and is always eager to play.

Ebony’s foster mom visited a no kill shelter where she discovered baby Ebony. She was living among 450 other dogs who were all living in bad conditions on a remote mountain. A kind lady was taking care of all these dogs so not much attention was paid to each dog. If her foster mom didn’t find her there, she probably would’ve spent her whole life there until one day she passed away. Knowing that this puppy still had so much ahead of her, she decided to rescue this little girl and give her a new start, and a new possibility in life. Her foster mom took her home and took care of her. Ebony’s foster mom is an experienced dog rescuer and found over hundreds of dogs loving home. She knew it was urgent to take them home and promised them a good life! Ebony is a very playful dog who loves being around other dogs and people. She enjoys playing with toys, chilling out and running around with dogs.

Ebony is a very healthy girl who has been spayed, has had her rabies shot, 3 vaccinations and microchipped. Please give sweet Ebony a chance of finding a forever home and give her a new start to her life!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ebony, a Castro Valley Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Castro Valley, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Castro Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Castro Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Castro Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Castro Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
