Abby's Story...
Abby and her sister, Lilly, and brother, Chevy, are the most spectacular puppies we have seen in a while. Abby is special because she is solid black and will be stunning when fully grown. Their mom is a 3 year old AKC registered German is a golden retriever from the neighborhood. They are happy and healthy, loving babies who run and play with the larger foster dogs in their foster home. They are fully crate trained and working hard on potty training. Being in a foster home allows for us to work on house manners, feeding manners, and general gaining of life skills that will make them just that much better companion animals in your home. We pride ourselves in providing the rescue animals in our care the same level of love and attention that we give to our personal dogs and cats. It makes a big difference in how they adjust to your home in the long run. If you are interested in adopting, please contact us at or visit our website at for the adoption application. PLEASE NOTE: When you have successfully submitted your application, you will receive a copy of it to your email address. Until you get this copy, we have not received the application. These pups are almost 12 weeks old, have been wormed and given puppy shots, before they come to you, they will be microchipped, spayed/neutered, given their bordatella and rabies vaccines, and get any other vetting they need at that time. Adoption fee 250

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Abby, a Savannah German Shepherd Dog/Golden Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Golden Retriever for sale in Savannah, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Golden Retriever puppy from a breeder in Savannah.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Savannah already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Savannah breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Golden Retriever breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Savannah paves the way for another one to be saved.
