My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi friends. I'm Artemis and yes, I think everyone's my friend. I am a very loving and affectionate girl. I'm a 1-year old, 57 pound Retriever/Yellow Lab mix. Treats and balls are lots of fun and are great motivators for me -- handy for helping me learn commands and tricks.

I do have a ton of energy and will need a home that can meet my exercise needs -- apparently I can run seemingly forever! I do okay on walks, but I'm so enthusiastic about where we're going (even though I don't know exactly where), I just gotta get there! So, you'll need to use a front clip harness with me.

I get along with cats and dogs. I know the basics already like ‘sit,' ‘stay,' and ‘down'. My youth trainer is also working with me to help me earn my Canine Good Citizen certification. Please call the kennel at 503-981-9531, x243 to learn more about me or to schedule a time to meet me.
