Whitney is a very beautiful 2 yr old Shepherd mix that we rescued from an unsafe situation. She is now receiving good food and will soon will gain some weight to get to her ideal weight. She loves being around people and is very affectionate. She is dog social, but unfortunately we do not know how she is with cats. Whitney needs her forever home to have a fenced yard so she can safely run and play. She is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations, on heartworm preventative as well as house trained. Whitney is searching for a forever family who will show her all about what it means to be part of a loving family that will cherish and spoil her for the rest of her life.

All dogs we rescue stay with us until they find their forever homes. We do not do same day adoptions. Adoption applications are only available at our adoption events. A home visit is required to ensure our dog is going to a safe environment and our dog gets along with your dog(s) and/or cat(s). We require all our dogs over the age of 1 year attend 1 obedience class (6 week session) outside the home. You must live within 1 hour of Birmingham, MI to adopt one of our dogs. Come meet all of our adoptable dogs at our adoption events at the Troy Petco on Coolidge near 15 Mile Rd every Sunday from 12-4:30pm. Our adoption fee is $275.
