Here's what the humans have to say about me:
BELLE is a 2 year old girl who thinks she is a lap dog! All she wants in life is to play and be loved. She lives in a foster home with 3 much older dogs. She does fabulously with them, but would also really like a younger doggie friend to play with. BELLE is timid when first meeting a stranger, but warms up quickly and becomes your best friend quickly. She has never met any kitty cats, but we are happy to introduce if you have kitties at home. BELLE is both house and crate trained. She is great on a leash. She LOVES to chew her toys (kongs and ropes are her favorites). She does fine in the car , but will softly whimper. BELLE is a sweet soul who will love her forever family endlessly.
BELLE is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations.
Her $450 adoption fee includes an interstate health certificate and transport to the Midwest.

All of our pets start their journey in Tennessee where they remain in loving foster families until they are adopted at which time they travel via transport to their new forever home. We use Alpha Dog Pet Transport for our New England adoptions (https://alphadogtransport.com) and The Road Home Pet Transport for our Midwest adopters.
Breed selection is done in conjunction with two local vets and is not to be considered a guarantee but rather a well educated decision from well qualified staff.
Due to the extremely high volume of inquiries we receive, we ask that you request, complete, and submit an application before asking additional questions. We try very hard to include all pertinent information in our bios. We are excited to help you find your new family member. However, Blues City is operated 100% by volunteers. We want to spend our time saving dogs and assisting those adopters who have taken the time to complete an application. Thank you for understanding.
