My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lucky is a 1 1/2 yr old, 90 lb Retriever mix. We believe he is part Labrador, but his beautiful soft coat is longer than a typical Labrador. He was an owner surrender to a Northern AZ shelter because the family could no longer care for him. We were told that Lucky grew up as an outside dog, but he is quickly adapting to "inside" life.

Despite his appearance, Lucky is still just a puppy. Although he is crate trained, Lucky needs basic obedience training with sit, stay, down etc. A training class would be a great bonding experience for Lucky and his new owner. He gets along with other dogs after a proper introduction.

Lucky is neutered and up to date on his vaccines. Lucky's adoption donation is $300. Donations help us purchase food and medical care for other dogs in the rescue that may live out their lives with us. If you are interested in Lucky, please contact Robin at britrescueaz@cox.net.
