Flame's Story...
Can you see by my picture that my eyes are different colors? I have one brown eye and one blue eye. Some people call it odd eyed, but my foster mom calls it gorgeous!!

Flame is a 2 month old sweetheart. This baby girl was found frantically trying to find safety in the middle of a lightening storm in western Tennessee. Soaking wet, cold, and terrified, she was brought to safety. She is a very affectionate, friendly girl. She loves water and playing with other dogs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Flame, a Williston Australian Shepherd puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd for sale in Williston, or seeking a Australian Shepherd puppy from a breeder in Williston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Williston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Williston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Williston paves the way for another one to be saved.
