Goldie's Story...
Please visit our main website at www.boxer-rescue-la.com for most recent list of available Boxers and to fill out an adoption application. Due to the volume of inquiries our volunteers receive we are unable to reply to inquiries without a completed adoption application.

Goldie is a clown. She loves attention and will delight you with her silly antics. We brought her in through the North Central shelter where she and her pal Spirit were living in an unsecure location and were able to easily get out and go on adventures. Goldie is sweet, friendly and seems to have good social skills. All she needs is a home with a proper working gate. It would be nice to keep Goldie and Spirit together or perhaps a new friend at home for Goldie.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Goldie, a Encino Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Encino, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Encino.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Encino already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Encino breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Encino paves the way for another one to be saved.
