Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hey there – I’m Charlie Brown – a complete hunk of a love bug. I’m roughly 9 months old so my foster momma says I’m still growing, but I just want to run with the big dogs already. I’m roughly 45 pounds and believe that’s a great size for a lap dog. I was saved by two Luv of Dogz volunteers from the county pound, where I had spent the past month. One of my momma’s would visit me there; she just knew I needed out, so she convinced my other momma to help. I’m currently living with my foster momma, Jen, and 5 other dogs. I have to say – it’s like heaven for me!
My momma Jen says I am super smart and just as sweet. But she knows I need to be challenged. I really enjoy having rules and learning how to be the best possible dog ever. Since I am still a puppy and a very confident puppy, I am looking for a family who will continue my training and give me solid boundaries. I am very much a lab in the respect that I just want to make you happy, but I can’t make you happy if you don’t tell me your expectations.
I absolutely love people and love dogs. Despite spending a month living in the pound, locked up, I am a very well adjusted young man. I love learning about potty training and how to be the best possible dog ever. I am crate trained and enjoy going in there with a treat when my foster momma has to leave me. I’m about 95% potty trained right now and am learning to stop begging (momma says that’s a bad trait I need to drop). I am neutered and current on all of my shots. I have also been micro chipped.
My ideal family will love me as much as I love them. I have lots of puppy energy; would love an active family, but I will also snuggle with you on the couch after a busy day if you will allow me. I’m good with every dog I’ve met and love people. I am not sure about cats, so if you are a family with cats, we would need to test me out first. I enjoy going for car rides and walk well on a leash. Honestly – I just want to go where my humans go.
If you are looking for a young, happy, loving boy, then I am your dog. Fill out an application & my foster momma will schedule a play date. So what are you waiting for – I’d love to meet you!!
