My story

Benjamin is a very sweet and happy 5 year old black labby mix. He weighs about 70 lbs. and would be considered a medium/low energy boy. He was found in a big city shelter when he was picked up as a stray and covered with wounds thought to be that of a dog attack on him and he was heartworm positive. Benjamin's wounds have all healed, no scars, his heartworm has been treated and he is now a happy, healthy boy. He is in a foster home getting all the care, loving and attention he needs Benjamin likes everyone and loves to be hugged. He also has several foster brothers and sister of all ages and sizes to hang out with and gets along with everyone. Ben would be okay with the kitties with proper introduction. He loves going for long walks and rides in the car. Benjamin is very much a people boy and loves following his foster mom around the house. He is housebroken, barks at the door to be let out and has good house manners. Only the most perfect home would be good enough for him. He is a good boy. Benjamin is neutered, heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations including rabies and micro-chipped.
