My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tyson is a great dog. He loves being around people. He hates being left alone. He rides great in the car we have taken him to eat with us to drive thru or outside patios. We have always taken a big jug of water with us which he chooses to put his paws in and drink.
Tyson loves going on walks and he walks well on a leash. Tyson came to us not knowing how to sit or stay. He has mastered sit but learning stay is still a work in progress. He does use the doggie door, is potty trained and is being crate trained.Tyson loves to play catch also loves to any puddle, bowl or pool to swim in. No amount of water is too small for him to give it his best shot, but of course a full size pool is his preference. He has a great sense of humor, and is a very calm dog. He prefers to lay with you on the couch or on your bed.
We tried to introduce Tyson to a female dog once which did not go all that well. A meet and greet would be necessary before he could be adopted into a home with other animals. When we go on walks and other dogs are barking he doesn't get aggressive just curious looks.
Tyson is very protective of his rawhide bones. He hides them in the backyard. He has showed some possession issues with the bone only. No issues with food or his water bowls.
Tyson is a great big boy friendly to all people and kids! He is being fostered with a 7 year old boy and has had no issues.
