I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

DJ's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

DJ's Story...
Six kittens were found under someone's porch. They called and asked if River City Rescue could take them. We said, "Sure". These little darlings are now ready to go to their new homes. DJ should have been named Bigfoot or Tank. He's the big guy of the family and you can even hear his footsteps! Being raised around a 5 year old, 5 small dogs, and 6 grown cats, he's developed a mellow, easy going personality. He will grow up to be a striking, big brown and black tabby with the true heart of a pussy cat. DJ is neutered, Felv/Fiv negative, microchipped, parasite free, and current on his fvrcp vaccine. DJ is litterbox trained but will go on his dog friends potty pads! If you want to add a big, beautiful, lovable boy to your family, he's the one. DJ is 8 weeks old as of June 12th.

The adoption fee for DJ is $95 with all age appropriate vet work done.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

DJ, a House Springs Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in House Springs, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in House Springs.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in House Springs already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a House Springs breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in House Springs paves the way for another one to be saved.
