Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Dolly is a 1-2 year-old chocolate dachshund; she weighs about 15 pounds. Her energy level is calm for her breed; she continues to work on overcoming her fears. Dolly was rescued from an area shelter after being found unconscious beside the road; she suffered head trauma, but has recovered totally. She prefers a quiet and low energy environment. She is clean in her crate, preferring to do her business outside. Dolly will need a secure fenced yard and would do best with another calm dog as a companion and playmate. She is spayed, microchipped, on heartworm prevention, and up-to-date on all vaccinations; she was treated for heartworm disease in early August 2015, shortly after her rescue. Is your family the right match for this sweet chocolate girl?
