Here's what the humans have to say about me:
OUR DOXIE MIX PUPS HAVE BEEN ADOPTED!Pal's Place rescue would love to introduce you to an adorable little family, one of the cutest around! These little guys were rescued with their mom, Sophie, from a an overburdened animal control facility in southern IL, when they were just 2 weeks old. Mama Sophie was not doing well at the crowded and loud animal shelter and the staff feared she would be too stressed to properly care for her pups. We heard the plea and found a wonderful foster home in Chicago so mama and puppies could live in a caring, quiet and nurturing environment until they were ready for adoption. Sophie is an 11 pound Dachshund/ Chihuahua mix with a very sweet temperament and the father was a Pug mix. Sophie has definitely passed her good nature onto her pups and they are all very friendly and affectionate pups. There are 4 females and 3 males in the litter and at 9 weeks old, they all weigh between 2-4 pounds, so they will be smaller dogs when fully grown. They were born on 6/13/2015 and will be ready for adoption the weekend of August 28th. They picked up a ringworm infection from mom, which they are currently being treated for, but will be ready to go to their forever homes once they have finished their treatment course. All of the puppies will have at least two series of puppy vaccines, and be spayed/neutered and microchipped before going home at the end of August. We are expecting these adorable and tiny pups to be popular, so please get your application in soon! The adoption donation per pup is $375 and it helps to offset their medical expenses while in our care. For more info or for an adoption application, please email palsplace1@hotmail.com
• The adoption donation for each pup is $375. This donation helps to cover their spays/neuters, initial vaccines, initial worming and microchip. Pal's Place relies solely on donations to care for the pets in our care. Your donation also helps save other animals like this little family from euthanasia.
• Please email Palsplace1@hotmail.com for an adoption application and please put the name of the dog in the subject line. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder; sometimes the applications end up in there!
