Find a pet to adopt
I am purebred.
Pixie was brought in stray and was never reclaimed by her owner. She is now available for adoption. Pixie is about 2-3 years old. She was initially terrified and didn't want anyone to touch her. Now that we have convinced her that we are friendly, we are having a hard time keeping her off of our laps! She has transformed into quite a lovebug. Pixie loves to sit up front in the office with us and hang out. She may still do better in a home with no children or older children as she is a more nervous breed. Kids will probably overwhelm her. If you are looking for a quiet little companion to sit on your lap and keep you company, stop in and meet Pixie and see if she could be the girl for you.

much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Troy breeder,
or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for
a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of
You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home.
In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who
help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten
adopted in Troy paves the way for another one to be saved.
