Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Marcie is a sweet kitty who needs a home of her own. Marcie isn't very old, I would say maybe around 2. She came to use very pregnant. She had her babies, and did a great job raising them. She was very protective of them, and would not let any dogs around them. After she was spayed and her kittens started getting adopted Marcie settled down.
At one point it was thought Marci would be a better TNR kitty (this is why her ear is notched), she was on the street when she came to our rescue. The more she settled in, the more comfortable she became with dogs and the humans in her life. She isn't sure about other kitties. We think Marcie would be best if she was the only kitty in the home. She doesn't mind older children. She isn't a big fan of being held, but she loves to snuggle up for pets and rubs.
Given the right home, and a real chance to settle in I know Marcie will make a great kitty! If you would like to set up a meet and greet with Marcie please let us know. She gets very stressed at the adoption events and likes to hide. At home she is all about getting attention!
