Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This adorable little fellow was rescued form a high kill shelter in the south. He is approx 4 months old (8.17.15) weighs 23 lbs and we expect he will stay small, no more than 30-35 lbs. Banjo is sweet, gentle, great with other dogs, curious but respectful of cats, very sociable. He is a typical puppy, curious, loves to explore, no herding instincts. He is kennel trained and house trained. He is in a foster home in Tennessee where he will remain until adopted, at which time he will travel to his new forever home via transport. His adoption fee of 450.00 includes his vaccinations, deworming, puppy well check, first month of heart worm preventative and flea and tick topical and his transportation. For an adoption application on Banjo please email baversa1@gmail.com.
All of our pets start their journey in Tennessee where they remain in loving foster families until they are adopted at which time they travel via transport to their new forever home. We use Alpha Dog Pet Transport for our New England adoptions (https://alphadogtransport.com) and The Road Home Pet Transport for our Midwest adopters.
Breed selection is done in conjunction with two local vets and is not to be considered a guarantee but rather a well educated decision from well qualified staff.
Due to the extremely high volume of inquiries we receive, we ask that you request, complete, and submit an application before asking additional questions. We try very hard to include all pertinent information in our bios. We are excited to help you find your new family member. However, Blues City is operated 100% by volunteers. We want to spend our time saving dogs and assisting those adopters who have taken the time to complete an application. Thank you for understanding.
