Here's what the humans have to say about me:
***ADOPTED***
Bella Too!! That's me! I am a really sweet 4 year old tricolor beagle girl. My foster mom reports that I am coming out of my shell!! I was a bit sad when I first came to her house, as my previous owner was an elderly man who could no longer care for me. So, his family brought me to Arizona Beagle Rescue to find someone who can take care of me. I am a petite girl, about 13 inches, with short legs and my face has petite features. But as a result of llving with an elderly man I am over weight. I was basically fed treats all day with no walks to help counter balance my diet. My new foster family is so different from my previous owner. My new favorite treats are carrots and ice chips and I don't get fed table scraps (although I wait for something to drop) and I exercise everyday!! I live with a foster beagle brother AJ, he is a very fit 3 year old, so I was worried at fist that I wasn't going to keep up with his active lifestyle. But I have held my own on our walks and runs. I know my routine now and I am so willing to exercise to lose this excess weight. My old owner trained me very well. I always come running when my name is called and I never wander more than 15 feet from my owner. I love being right next to people. I get along great with cats, other dogs and kids!!! I have never chewed on anything besides my toys, and I barely shed.
I was a bit skittish when I first got to my foster home. I would yelp anytime anyone touched me. I'm just afraid and as I get used to people, I don't do this. I am learning to trust and as I spend more time with my foster family, this is happening less and less. Sol, I'm on the way to becoming one of the sweetest little beagles out there. So, if you think you might want to take me home. Please fill out an application to adopt me! I am ready to go!!
