Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rhonda was rescued from a very rural, high kill shelter, back in July of 2015. She had been picked up as a stray and was 6-8 month old. Adopted a month later to what we thought was her fur-ever home. Sadly, we got a call July 2017 almost 2 years later that they wanted to surrender her because she had become afraid of thunderstorms. We of course, took her back into our rescue. Rhonda is afraid of thunderstorms but if put in a crate with a natural bone, or treat filled kong, does well. We do cover the crate which seems to also help her. The former owners did not take her through any training. She now knows sit and is treat motivated and eager to please. Rhonda does require a fence, she is trained and obeys a PetSafe radio fence. Heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations and on preventative, she is ready for her own fur-ever home. She gets along well with other dogs, kids and is ok with cats. Please email viivgraves@hotmail.com for application or more information.
Adoption fee of $175 to approved home.
