Here's what the humans have to say about me:
George is a 4+ y/o lemon boy who is in need of a new home. This handsome boy is 15+ inches tall and weighs 32 pounds. His full body wag, tells you that George is a happy guy. It is amazing that this is the same guy who was found hiding under a car drenched and frightened of the thunder. He still gives you a nervous glance whenever he hears thunder, but that is the only sign that he remembers that awful day.
George lives life to the fullest. He plays hard with his foster siblings, track varmints in the yard and then naps as soundly as a puppy. George loves to wrestle and will take on one and all. He loves having playmates available all day for play time. He really will need a canine buddy in his next home!
George is house broken with the use of a dog door. He is also crate trained, but he has great house manners, so is rarely crated. He sleeps on a chair in the master bedroom. George can be vocal when he spots a squirrel or a stranger on his street. He would not be good in an apartment.
George is sweet and loving. If he thinks he is overdue for some cuddle time, he will fly into your lap with the slightest invitation! No one ever told George that he was no longer a lap sized dog! George needs an active family who will give him loads of attention and exercise. A canine buddy will be a must with kids a wonderful bonus for George! Please apply today to give this boy the home he deserves.
