Boozer's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, a special needs pet, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Boozer's Story...
Boozer is looking for a new home for his retirement years due to allergies in his human family. He’s a playful dog who loves to play catch, swim and occasional cuddle! Boozer likes people and other dogs, and likes to be introduced and get to know them and play. Because of his arthritis, Boozer likes older kids that won’t try to jump on him and hurt him. Boozer’s a big softy and will sleep on the couch or with you in bed if you let him! The sure way to Boozer’s heart is to give him a nice belly rub or a bit of chicken!

What’s best about Boozer:

• Boozer is sweet, gentle and just wants some love!
• Boozer is house and crate trained!
• Boozer knows how to sit, stay, come, got to bed, lay, and settle! What a smart guy!
• Boozer loves stuffed or plush toys!

Don’t let those gray hairs fool you. Boozer is just as wiggly as any boxer you’ll meet! Boozer loves to go for walks and will lovingly spend his time with you! Boozer loves to play, and when you rough-house with him, he likes to growl in a playful way. It makes him feel macho. Boozer loves the finer things of life such as being with a loved one, going for a walk, or enjoying the comforts of home! Boozer will be a super guy to hang out with. Come by and meet Boozer! He may be the boxer of your dreams!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Boozer, a Houston Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Houston, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
