My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This little guy is named Macon. He is an 11 week old Blue Tick Coonhound that was surrendered to Westarbor Animal Hospital because he had a broken leg and the owner could not afford medical treatment. Our new friends at Westarbor were kind enough to pay for his orthopedic surgery in full, he is now recovering and in our care. With a bunch of the special needs dogs that we currently have, there is no way we could have taken on those costs right now so we and Macon are VERY thankful! Once Macon is medically cleared, he will be put up for adoption. We are asking that interested adopters have experience with hound dogs. They are WONDERFUL dogs, but not for everyone!
