Dean & Rory's Story...
These two are absolutely irresistible and by far the cutest cuddle bugs you will ever come across. Dean and Rory and the happiest, most playful and affectionate duo. They love everyone they meet, they greet everyone with big huge wet kisses and tail wags. They arrived after being picked up stray by an Animal Control Officer, they were in poor condition, skinny, non contagious skin issues, fleas and so on. They have put on some weight and they are well on their way to being healthy. They are very bonded and will need to stay together. Dean is about 44 pounds and estimated to be 2 to 3 years young, up to date on vaccinations, neutered, microchipped and heartworm negative. Rory is 46.5 pounds, estimated to be 2 to 3 years young, up to date on vaccinations, spayed, microchipped and heartworm negative

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dean & Rory, a Brookhaven Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Brookhaven, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Brookhaven.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brookhaven already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brookhaven breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brookhaven paves the way for another one to be saved.
