My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Merlin is a 3 year old neutered black male Lab who weighs 44 pounds. He is a sweet boy. He pulls a bit on leash, so an easy walk harness will be good for him. According to Merlin’s previous owners, he’s good with dogs and with cats. They also said he’s good with kids, but there’s no history of him living with any kids,.Merlin is approved for kids aged 10+.

Update (9/4): My foster Mom uses the following words when she talks about me: sweet, playful, loving, happy, well-behaved, house trained, shiny and petite. She also says I look like a sphinx when I sit but I have no idea what that is. Mom says she needs to keep working with me on my leash skills because I like to pull but my harness helps me remember not to. I also get excited when I see other dogs because I want to play. I think I bark a little loud but I am learning to control it. I am 3 yrs old and I absolutely love being around people and dogs.

Update (8/23): My name is Merlin and I am so excited to be at my foster home. I enjoy being in a house and make sure I don't have accidents. I get along with my foster brother and I met some neighbor dogs too. I get along with cats but there aren't any here. Foster mom says we are going to work on my leash skills because I pull so for now we are using a harness. I sit to get my leash on and also for treats. Everyone says I am skinny but I know that won't be for too long because I like to eat!

From transporter: Merlin is very sweet and has lots of energy! So exercise will be good for him.
From vet: Merlin is very sweet!
