Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Larry, now known as Buster, was adopted by a family with a lot going on. Turns out it wasn't the right fit so he's now back safe and sound with Animal Rescue Recon in a loving foster home with small children. He's still a little unsure and untrusting, but is coming around nicely and will make a great addition to a family with a fairly calm environment.
Buster is a 3 year old Lhasa Apso/Poodle mix. He is a great dog with a lot to offer. He loves his people, and a fun new toy. Buster enjoys playing with the 3 other dogs in his foster home, big and small. He also lives with 2 young kids and does great with them.
He gets nervous with new people in and outside the house so when meeting someone new he needs to be closely monitored, and introductions need to be taken slowly.
Buster is house and crate trained. He knows most basic commands, and is eager to learn more.
He would do best in a dog savvy home. A family that will work with him to teach him that new people and places aren't so scary and can be lots of fun.
Animal Rescue Recon makes sure that each dog is current on its vaccinations, has been or will be spayed or neutered, and is microchipped to help keep pets out of the shelters and get them back home where they belong.
