My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kosmo is a 5 year old shitzu mix who recently arrived to PCAR. All dogs at PCAR require meet and greets with the whole family in order to adopt. Since Kosmo is a popular toy breed, we expect many inquires. Kosmo does well with other pets and kids. He was owner surrendered because his family couldn't give him the time/attention he deserved.
