Bella Rae's Story...
8/25/15 Bella Rae came back to us when her person moved away and chose not to find housing that would allow her. She's a quirky, but wonderful girl. She loves loves loves being outside in the yard and sometimes has to be coaxed in. BUT she also loves the attention she gets once she's comfortable with her people. She does like to play and will do best in a home with another dog. She's good and gentle with children, house trained, and an all around happy girl. Bella is about 5 years old.

She's up to date on everything, on heartworm prevention and is spayed and microchipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bella Rae, a Charlotte Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
