Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Max is a 5 year old, male Bichon boy. He is house trained, up to date on shots, 13.5 lbs, very healthy, good with other dogs and kids and very loving! He was a family dog, but mostly a companion to an elderly lady who passed away last month. The family can no longer keep him due to emotional problems with one of the family members, so they have to say goodbye to both Max (and his 7 year old German Wirehaired Pointer brother Panzer). Max would be great in a family that has a stay at home mom, someone that works from home or part time, or a retired person or couple. We prefer not to place him in a home where his people will be gone all day as that would not be fair to him... he is used to being loved all day long! If you are interested in adopting Max and you live in New Jersey or the immediate surrounding area to NJ, please fill out our adoption application at this link: http://www.bichonrescuenj.com/bichon-frise-rescue-nnj-adoption-app.html
PS: if you are also interested in adopting his brother Panzer let us know that as well... however they can be separated so it is NOT necessary to adopt both.
