Shep's Story...
Shep is one of the male puppies from our adorable litter of pom/chihuahua mix puppies. He is white in color and you will notice a little pink pigment on his nose. His coat is a soft short coat so it could get longer as he gets older. Shep is full of personality and is very sweet and playful. He just turned nine weeks old and will definitely be a small dog when mature; he currently weighs just about 3 pounds. This loving little pup enjoys spending some time in your lap getting attention and loves snuggling with his foster parents and other puppies. Shep is started on his vaccinations and has been wormed - he is a very healthy, social puppy. This puppy will make some the perfect furever companion! If you are interested in adopting Shep, please go to wwwhopeforhannahrescue.org and click on contact us to submit an online application. This is no way obligates you to take a puppy but gives us the necessary information to start the adoption procedure. We will contact you asap after processing your app to answer questions and make arrangements to proceed. Please don't email us - with so many puppies listed we don't have the manpower to answer them - we are concentrating on the applications. Thanks for your interest in Hope for Hannah Rescue.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Shep, a Bartonsville Chihuahua/Pomeranian puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Pomeranian for sale in Bartonsville, or seeking a Chihuahua/Pomeranian puppy from a breeder in Bartonsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bartonsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bartonsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Pomeranian breeders who help with Chihuahua/Pomeranian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bartonsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
