Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Australian Cattle Dog (Blue Heeler) Mix • Young • Female • Medium. Shelby, approximately 9 months old, 23 lbs, heart worm negative, Shelby is a cute little girl with her sweet smiling face, she is a happy girl although nervous about being handled and reserved in the noisy shelter environment, with time, patience and the proper motivation (treats) Shelby will relax and show her silly playful side, she is quite playful as she zooms to the toys when thrown, she is okay being brushed and bounces away when she is done, loves attention as long as you don't try and pick her up, she appears to have been tied up with the movements she displays, after a bit of time and relaxation she does come when you call, she is a smart girl and will learn quickly, Shelby just needs to bond with her new owner as they give her time, love and patience for her to become an awesome adult dog, she is young and can learn that people are okay and life isn't about being tied up all the time. Prefers a home without: Cats and Young Children • Current on vaccinations
