Noodle's Story...

(ID #589) Hi, my name is Noodle.

My family had to move and I couldn't go with them. They brought me to the shelter in the hopes that I would soon find a new home. They said that I had been housebroken and was good around kids and other dogs. Do you have room in your heart and your home for me??

I am a young lady, somewhere around two years old and I weigh around 50 pounds. I have already been spayed, given my basic shots, microchipped, and am heartworm negative.

I am being sponsored by Sheltered Paws Dog Rescue. That means they are providing you with a getting started Goodie Bag when you adopt me. The bag contains a collar, leash, ID tag, training DVD, CD with helpful articles, booklet with training information, toy, treats, and a certificate for a FREE canine behaviour consultation.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Noodle, a Cincinnati Greyhound/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Greyhound/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Cincinnati, or seeking a Greyhound/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Cincinnati.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cincinnati already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cincinnati breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Greyhound/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Greyhound/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cincinnati paves the way for another one to be saved.
