Nyla's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Nyla's Story...
Nyla is a lovely 2yo, docked, natural-ear, fawn, female. She spent the beginning of her life with no exposure to anything, but her own backyard. She is learning what the world is about, and doing great. She can be fearful/skiddish, but we are working with her daily, and she is improving quickly. She loves to lean, and plays great with other dogs. She is learning to ignore our cats.
Nyla will need an experienced person to continue her rehabilitation. She would do best in a home with another calm, submissive dog. Once she trusts you, she is as playful as a puppy!

DAR&E only places within the Maryland, DC, West Virginia and Virginia area. Please do no apply to adopt if you live outside of those areas. Please visit our website ( for additional information on adopting one of our DAR&E Dobermans & an online application

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nyla, a Arlington Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in Arlington, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in Arlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Arlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Arlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Arlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
