My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Yep, that's her name. She is a lab/mix and a true sweet heart. She is a young girl. 1-1.5 years old. She was found by a young woman who couldn't keep her. When we first posted her on our Facebook page we received a message from a lady so happy that this was her dog that had been stolen from her yard. We were excited too, but upon meeting them and seeing her, it wasn't their baby. We were very disappointed, but determined to vet her and find her a home.
She is UTD on all her shots, rabies and heart worm test done. Which tested positive. She is spayed, according to the vet, we took her in to be spayed and he found an incision which he highly suspected was from a previous spay surgery. So we are going on what he thinks. (Unless she goes into a heat cycle).  She will need to find another foster soon, or an adopter willing to do the slow kill for her. She gets along with other dogs, kittens and is a true love bug. She loves to sleep in a bed with her person. Walks on a leash, is house trained and is crate trained.
She needs a wood fenced in yard because she will climb a hurricane fence, and that is the reason we need another foster. The current foster lives too close to Broad St. and Baby Girl has climbed over the fence and wasn't scared of any cars. Baby Girl loves and needs to run out doors, but without fear of her climbing the fence. She so deserves a home of her own.

Adoption fee is $150. Our adoption process and an application can be found on our website www.carolinahelpingpawsrescue.org
