Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Name: Honey
Sex: Female
Breed: Pit bull
Age: 3 years old
Weight: 40 lbs
Good with: People and kids. Dog selective, no cats.
Honey is a local rescue. She is a beautiful 3 year old pit bull who has just gone into foster care. Honey is one of the most friendly, loving dogs with a medium energy level. She has that “irresistible” face thing going on for sure! She is sensational with adults and children.
Honey loves going for rides in the car and is crate trained, although she would much rather be cuddled next to you. She'll eat anything for a treat, but her foster mom tries to stick to the healthier ones. She does take a daily dose of Benadryl. She's a big fan of stuffed toys with squeakers in them! Honey enjoys looking for and fantasizing about chasing squirrels. She doesn't like showers, but LOVES sleeping in her foster mom's bed!
Honey knows sit, wait, let's go and no. She walks pretty well on a halter leash but is prone to want to chase the squirrels! She has a high prey drive. Honey will need to be the only dog in her cat-free forever home.
