My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This playful boy was saved from a high kill shelter in th enick of time. HIs health was poor but look at him now! From out of time to lots of time! Chabo is guessed to be 3 years old and a blue heeler mix. He loves kids, and all people. He is leash-trained too! He loves to play with toys and has a high energy level so he hopes to find an active family who will give him something to do (like walking, running, hiking, lots of play). Chabo is heartworm positive and will be treated with slow kill meds. His adopters will be under contract to complete this life-saving treatment (at a local vet at rescue expense if necessary). Please consider this guy if you need a running partner to keep yourself motivated to exercise!
