DOB December 6, 2011.

Izzy has plenty of personality. He is very energetic and could play for hours, but also loves nothing more than cuddling up to his owner and taking a long nap. Izzie LOVES to snuggle at night. Some of his favourite activities include wrestling with his scratching post, playing “fetch” with his toys (he's not so good at bringing them back) and curling up in the window sill where he can keep watch.

Izzy can be shy around new people at first, but this is nothing a bit of time and some reassurance won't fix. Give him a good scratch under his ears and you'll be rewarded with purrs and love. After he warms up to you, he'll stick to you like your shadow.

In addition to some extra toes (Izzy has 6 on each paw), Izzy has a few quirks that make him interesting. For the right person, these quirks are just more to love. Izzy likes to wrestle, especially when bored. He'll retract his claws and bat at your hand. He doesn't do this to be aggressive; it’s more out of boredom. To make him stop, just disengage, as he would be just as happy chasing around a toy or playing with a wand toy.

Izzy would be a great cat for someone who is experienced with cats. He does do well on his own, as long as his person has play time with him when they get home! Izzy is impossible not to love. In the right home with the right owner, he will bring a lot of happiness. His spunky personality and cuddles will be missed.
