Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Welcome Opie. He is one of 3 beautiful black labs dumped in rural Lytle, Texas. He is the smallest of the 3. He is about 35 pounds. He has a cropped tail (looks like a home job). He is a little shy right now and his brothers are more outgoing so he holds back while his brothers check it out. He is very very sweet. He is good with other dogs. He is a submissive boy and working on leash manners. He will be neutered, microchipped and have all vaccines before he is transported. We are using a professional transporter named Rescue Road Trips to deliver this amazing boy to his forever home when we find it on the East Coast. He would be great with another dog or one or both of his brothers if you have a big heart. He is looking for a fun active family to join. This area is rural and there are way to many dogs so black dogs in this area are often overlooked. We are not a no kill facility and that is why we are looking for homes on the East Coast. The caliber of the adopters are awesome and there are more homes. He can be transported to VA, PA, CT, MD, NJ, NY and VT. His adoption fee is 170 and his transportation fee is 200. Contact me for an application.
