Dugan von Ipso Facto is a male Husky/Shepherd mix puppy, approximately four months old. He has pointy ears, one brown eye and one blue eye. He was picked up as a stray in Louisa. He is super smart and already doing so well with his housetraining skills. Dugan is playful, super friendly, and adores everyone. He wants to be wherever his humans are. A good belly rub is his favorite thing in the universe. He gets along well with other dogs. Dugan is curious about the two cats in his foster home, but he keeps his distance.
