Aunt Bee is as happy as Snoopy when he is in love! She has never met a stranger. She is social, loves all people, loves to gives kisses, and enjoys a good belly rub. Aunt Bee has the cutest under bite you can imagine. Her eyes are all blinky, and her ears are floppy when she is running and having fun. She is protective of her food from other dogs so needs to be fed in a restricted area such as a crate. She has shown no food aggression toward her foster mom. She will play with other dogs but, likes to engage with humans more. She protects her toys from other dogs but, not from her foster mom. She will not back away from a growling dog so she should not be in a home with a dominant dog. Aunt Bee is good with kids, loves to be petted, give kisses, and rolls on her side to get a nice belly rub...even from small kids. As much as she likes to play and go for walks, she is content to lay at your feet. She walks well on a leash, but does have a prey drive so needs an attentive leader that helps her be a good girl on leash.
Aunt Bee is a female/sp American Bulldog born ~July 2012. She is crate trained and housebroken.

Our adoption fee is $250 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue. We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
