I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Cheney's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Cheney's Story...
Chaney is the cutest...won't be real big...right now weighs about 7#s and is
9 wks old. As you can see, there has to be some Dachshund in there. I
received 3 pups from our local vet, of which they were all from the same
litter but looked definitely different. Chaney is a sweet puppy that
children can enjoy if they are gentle...can't wrestle him like a Lab. But,
with his Chocolate/tan markings, he is gorgeous.

Adoption Fee: $400 (The adoption fee covers the entire medical
(vaccinations, spay/neuter, flea & tick control, and any needed
medications), microchipping, Health Certificate for travel, and all travel
costs supplied by Your TX Rescue Connection transport. You will receive a
folder with all of the dog's medical papers, tags, and information.

Chaney is currently in San Antonio, Texas and the next transport will bring
her to the GPNW on Sept 19th to one of our 6 drop-off locations. If you are
interested in more information and more pictures, please text me your e-mail
and I will send you more pictures and an application. 210-394-6060

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cheney, a Olympia Dachshund puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund for sale in Olympia, or seeking a Dachshund puppy from a breeder in Olympia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Olympia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Olympia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund breeders who help with Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Olympia paves the way for another one to be saved.
