Toby is a young dog (1 year) that loves to play but also loves to be inside sitting on your lap. It is so funny to watch him run in a circle as fast as the wind! He would love a dog his size or little children to play with. He is house trained and does well on a leash. He had no hair when he was rescued from lack of care, but now has a pretty healthy coat.
