Luca – Baby Female

Luca4Luca is such a sweet soul that doesn’t ask for much. She is happy to have food in her belly, to play with her favorite toy and to be loved! Luca loves to sleep on, or near, you and typically it’s in the funniest positions. We love it when she is on our lap and looks up at us to let us know she loves us. She will even reach up and touch your face! How can anyone resist that?!

Luca is a small kitty that will stay this size and look like a baby all her life. In case you didn’t notice, she’s beautiful too! Luca gets along with other cats, dogs and kids.

If you’d like to adopt Luca, please visit www.KittyDevoreRescue.org to fill out an adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Luca, a San Diego Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in San Diego, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
